Update: 3 December 07 - The RTM version of MSBuild 2008 fixes this issue!

You can download Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2 now. I downloaded the 16Gb needed to run the Team Suite 2008 with TFS 2008 virtual PC. Looks like MSBuild 3.5 still has the braces bug :-(.
